We are a home based cake studio in Spring, Tx. We bake under the Texas Cottage Food Law. Since we are not a storefront our address is not posted.

Custom cakes, decorated cookies, cake pops, stacked cookies, mini peach cobbler shots, cake shots, mini donuts, cupcakes, brownies, candied popcorn ,  chocolate covered oreos, marshmallows, rice krispy treats, pretzels and more!

Since every cake is custom and we bake fresh we work on your order based on your pickup time, so showing up earlier than your pick up time does not ensure your order will be ready at that time. If you need to change the time and date please let us know Monday prior to your pick up.

You do not have an order until your deposit has been paid. The deposit secures your date and the final payment one week prior to your event date guarantees your order.

If the you or your representative elects to pick up the cake, you assume all liability for the integrity of the cake once it passes into his/her possession. We are not contractually obligated to fix the cake or make another cake. Based upon our availability we can make another cake at the original cost. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and can be heavy and should be handled with care. Please drive carefully and slowly.

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange custom cakes, cake pops, cupcakes and cookies once full payment has been made. If for any reason you cancel your entire order or a portion of it, you will not receive a refund or services for any payments made. We will only provide what is on your invoice. The initial deposit reserves your event date only and is non-refundable. Your final payment guarantees service. All payments are non- transferable.

                          We cannot guarantee a response to text messages. The best form of communication is via email.

What if I need to change my quantities?

Yes we do! We offer gluten free cake option in Vanilla and Chocolate. 

Quantities can only be changed before you pay the deposit. Once you ave paid the invoice you agree to the numbers submitted. NOTE: you can always increase your quantity but not decrease.

Free cake tasting is included in wedding cake consultations. However free samples of cake are available on Friday and is subject to availability. 

             If we are available on your new date it can be changed. If we are booked on the new date you will lose your deposit. If the order was paid in full  and it is 60 days before event date you will be refunded all monies paid minus deposit. After 60 days no refund.

Delivery is only available for large special orders (3 tiered cake or specialty cakes)  wedding cakes and commercial accounts.

Custom cakes are all cakes made to order for a specific customer. Any cake that is not s simple plain iced cake with writing is considered a custom cake.
